All orders placed before 12:00 PM are sent the same working day and any orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day. Our warehouse is closed over the weekend and bank holidays, any orders placed during this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Returns

Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends beyond our quality products. We have implemented a comprehensive refund policy to ensure that you have a hassle-free shopping experience. With our 30-day return policy, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Starting a return is easy. Simply contact us at wagandwanderclothing@outlook.com and we will guide you through the process. Please note that returns should be sent to the address provided in our contact information. We kindly ask that you do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.​

While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues may arise. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, ensuring your satisfaction.

For customers within the European Union, we acknowledge your rights under the 14-day cooling-off period. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply: the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exclusions

Gift cards.
Sale items and charity products are exclude from additional promotions.
All headwear is non-returnable.
Returns of swimwear is only valid if the hygiene slip is intact.
Items that have had their original tags removed.
